本文主要介绍一种醇酸直接酯化的新催化剂以及该催化剂获得高酯化活性的处理方法。通过实验举例,详细介绍了十碳以下的饱和脂肪酸和简单脂肪族伯醇的酯化的最佳工艺条件,催化剂的使用寿命和再生的方法。实验结果表明,使用催化剂代替硫酸,具有酯化转化率高、操作简便、后处理简单、无设备腐蚀和无三废污染等优点,故是目前制造食用酯类产品的较理想的方法。
This article describes a new direct esterification of alkyd catalyst and the catalyst to obtain a high esterification activity of the treatment. Through the experimental examples, the optimum conditions for the esterification of saturated fatty acids and simple aliphatic primary alcohols below ten carbons, the service life of the catalyst and the regeneration method are introduced in detail. The experimental results show that using catalyst instead of sulfuric acid has the advantages of high conversion rate of esterification, simple operation, simple post-treatment, no equipment corrosion and no tri-waste pollution. Therefore, it is an ideal method to produce edible ester products.
