中外合作办学是中国教育事业的组成部分。本文在分析中外合作办学模式特点的基础上,理清高校党建工作面临的三大新挑战,对如何加强党建工作提出了5个方面的建议。认为,党建工作应秉持以人为本的理念,采用以学生实践为主的培育方式,讲授思政课程时应借鉴国外教学经验,应用高科技来培养考察党员模式,体现家校互动的特色。
Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is an integral part of China’s education. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the model of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, this paper tries to sort out three major challenges facing party building in colleges and universities and proposes 5 suggestions on how to strengthen party building. He believes that Party building should uphold the people-oriented concept, adopt a cultivation mode that focuses on student practice, and should learn from foreign teaching experience when teaching ideological and political courses and use high technology to cultivate and study party memberships and reflect the characteristics of interaction between home and school.
