随着农业的蓬勃发展,各类农业机械越来越多被广泛应用在农业生产中,农机作业安全也得到了更进一步的重视。从广义的角度上来讲,设计阶段的预控制、操作阶段人—机—环境系统的优化配置以及完备的管理措施构成了完整的农机本质安全化体系。而农机设计本质安全通过技术措施消除事故风险、合理选用材料提高农机整体安全性、采用安全防护装置和安全机构隔离危险因素等技术手段,达到了从源头上消除农机事故隐患或降低农机事故发生概率并减轻农机事故发生后危害程度的目的,对农业机械化的发展起到了一定的促进作用。
