用不同致病力的 372个甘薯青枯病菌株接种惠红早、惠仙薯、广薯 15、湘农黄皮、华北4 8、湘薯 75- 55等 6个鉴别品种 ,所得 2 2 32个病情指数数据经系统聚类分析结果 ,当 D为 0 .31时可将 6个鉴别品种分为抗、中、感 3类 ,即惠红早、惠仙薯为 S;广薯 15、湘农黄皮为 M;华北 4 8、湘薯 75- 55为 R。以不同致病力 (强、中、弱 )甘薯青枯菌混合菌株制备成粗毒素 ,用剪叶、针刺、喷雾、灌根等 4种接种方法测定 6个鉴别品种的抗瘟性 ,采用 L otusl- 2 - 3电脑软件 t测验法综合分析 4种接种方法对 6个鉴别品种致萎性的影响程度 ,检验结果表明 ,剪叶法是用粗毒素测定甘薯品种抗瘟性的最优接种方法
A total of 372 sweetpotato fungal strains with different pathogenicity were used to inoculate six differential cultivars including Huihong early, sweet potato, Guangshuian 15, Xiangnong yellow, North China 48, and Xiangshu 75-55. The obtained 2 2 32 The disease index data were analyzed by cluster analysis. When D was 0.31, 6 differential cultivars could be divided into three categories: resistance, medium and flu, that is, Agricultural yellow skin is M; North China 4 8, Xiangshu 75- 55 as R. The crude toxins were prepared from the mixed strains of R. solanacearum with different pathogenicity (strong, middle and weak). The blast resistance of 6 cultivars was determined by the four inoculation methods of cutting leaves, acupuncture, spraying and irrigation. L otusl- 2 - 3 computer software t test method comprehensive analysis of four kinds of inoculation methods on the six varieties of wilting effect degree, the test results show that the method of using crude toxins cut leaves to determine the optimum vaccination of sweet potato varieties method
