为得到高纤维素酶活的菌株,采用离子束诱变和60Co诱变,对绿色木霉M100726进行诱变育种,得到菌株R16-1,其CMCase酶活比出发菌株M100726提高46.5%;研究了用绿色木霉R16-1与黑曲霉配制的腐熟剂对水稻秸秆的腐熟能力,结果表明,与空白对照相比,该腐熟剂能显著促进霉菌的定殖与扩繁,加速秸秆的腐熟,秸秆C/N、断裂拉力、残留率均有显著差异。
To obtain a high cellulase activity strain, the strain Trichoderma reesei M100726 was mutagenized by ion beam mutagenesis and 60Co mutagenesis to obtain a strain R16-1 with a CMCase activity 46.5% higher than that of the original strain M100726. The results showed that compared with the blank control, the decomposing agent could significantly promote the colonization and propagation of mold and accelerate the maturity of straw, and the straw maturity was better than that of the blank control. The maturity of rice straw with the composting agent of Trichoderma viride R16-1 and Aspergillus niger, C / N, breaking tension, residual rate were significantly different.
