为了改善现代社会稀缺性的现状,对语文教师的专业能力也就有了明显的提高要求。在当今社会,优秀的语文教师应该具备新的教学理念和更夯实的专业技能。但是当前,存在着很大一部分中学语文教师的能力还有些欠缺,诸如知识结构不够完整、教学课堂缺乏灵活性等。就在新课程的实施下,对中学语文教师的教学能力现状做了分析,并提出了相应的提升对策。 In order to improve the current situation of the scarcity of modern society, the professional ability of Chinese teachers also has obviously improved.
