我厂20吨/日板纸机自80年开始生产,几年来对本机干燥部的供汽系统,经过三次改革。这次改革是学习了辽阳板纸厂及其他兄弟厂的先进经验,采用了二段供汽方法,自制了浮球式疏水器。经过试车已正式使用,得到了比较满意的效果。1、供汽系统管道简单,阀门少、容易管理、操作方便。2、一汽多用,充分利用潜热,提高了热效率。纸机用过的废汽可直接用于暖风机或车间取暖,给车间创造了良好的工作条件。
