薄壁件产品是构成宇航器的常见的定制化零件,结构复杂、质量要求高。本文结合实际的宇航薄壁件产品设计及可制造性分析要求,着重分析了回转体和腔内结构的设计特征及其对应的制造特征。
Thin-walled products constitute the common custom parts of the spacecraft, the structure is complex, high quality requirements. In this paper, the design of aerospace thin-walled parts and the requirements of manufacturability analysis are analyzed. The design features and corresponding manufacturing features of the rotor and the cavity structure are analyzed emphatically.
