目的测定不同批次、不同产地翼首草中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量。方法色谱柱:Boston Symmetrix C18柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1 mol.L 1乙酸铵溶液(85∶15),流速0.8 mL.min 1,检测波长210 nm,柱温30℃。结果齐墩果酸和熊果酸的线性范围分别为1.728~25.92μg(r=0.999 9)、2.188~32.82μg(r=0.999 9),齐墩果酸的平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为2.12%,熊果酸的平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为1.66%。通过比较不同产地和批次翼首草样品的测定结果,可知不同产地和批次中翼首草中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量有着较大差别,其中甘肃、青海和四川西宁所产齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量远远高于其它产地。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,试验结果为翼首草的药用研究、产品的开发提供了依据。
Aim To determine the contents of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in different plants, Methods The column was a Boston Symmetrix C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), methanol-0.1 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution (85:15) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL.min 1 with a detection wavelength of 210 nm and a column temperature of 30 ° C. Results The linear ranges of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 1.728 ~ 25.92μg (r = 0.999 9) and 2.188 ~ 32.82μg (r = 0.999 9) respectively. The average recoveries of oleanolic acid were 99.9% with RSD 2.12%, ursolic acid average recovery was 99.9%, RSD was 1.66%. By comparing the determination results of the samples of Plectranthus ponderica from different areas and lots, it is found that the contents of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Plectranthus niruri differ significantly in different producing areas and batches. Among them, Gansu, Qinghai and Xining in Sichuan Oleanolic acid and ursolic acid content is much higher than other areas. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
