In mid-November 1958, under the organization of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, Tsinghua University cooperated with Shijingshan Iron & Steel Works and successfully completed the project with the participation of the Institute of Machinery Manufacturing and Process Science of the First Machinery Industry Ministry and the Metallurgical Building Research Institute of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry Electrode welding with plate pole 800 track beam rolling mill machine work.
