本刊2002年第3期发表了《为了每一个孩子的幸福成长——山东省寿光市教育均衡发展透视》的长篇报道,在全国引起了广泛关注,教育部领导专门作了重要批示,对寿光的经验给予肯定。基础教育新的发展观——“均衡发展”逐步成为全国基础教育全局性、战略性指导思想。2005年5月,教育部下发了《关于进一步推进义务教育均衡发展的若干意见》,均衡发展作为推动县域基础教育工作的政府决策被正式确定下来。光阴似箭,转眼间距离本刊发表寿光的长篇报道已经过了4年时间。在这4年里, 作为最早在县域范围内进行基础教育均衡发展探索的寿光,发生了哪些变化,又有了哪些新的进展?为了回答广大读者十分关心的这些问题,4年之后,记者再次来到寿光,进行了深入采访。
