通过管式炉实验,研究了O_2-CO_2-Ar混合喷吹对不锈钢AOD冶炼过程在高碳区(ω(C)≥1%)对脱碳保铬的影响。用实验证实了不锈钢AOD冶炼过程中,在高碳区CO_2可以代替部分O_2、Ar实现脱碳保铬,完成CO_2的资源利用。并在满足不锈钢冶炼要求前提下,确定了AOD冶炼初期CO_2可以替代O_2、Ar的合适比例,从而降低了Ar气使用量和生产成本。
The effects of O_2-CO_2-Ar mixed injection on the decarburization and chromate protection of stainless steel AOD in high carbon zone (ω (C) ≥1%) were studied by tube furnace experiment. Experiments confirmed the stainless steel AOD smelting process, the high-carbon area CO_2 can replace part of O_2, Ar decarburization chrome, complete CO_2 resource utilization. And under the premise of meeting the requirements of stainless steel smelting, the appropriate proportion of CO 2 that can replace O 2 and Ar in the initial stage of AOD smelting was determined, which reduced the usage of Ar gas and the production cost.
