用免疫组织化学厅法观察39例结肠癌凋亡相关基因bcl-2和bax的表达,以17例结肠腺瘤作为对照。结果显示:bcl-2(包括强和弱阳性)和bax在结肠癌和结肠腺瘤的表达率分别为33.33%、41.03%、30.77%和41.18%、23.53%、41.18%,结肠癌和结肠腺瘤中bcl-2和bax表达率比较均无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。bcl-2在结肠癌高、中分化型与低分化型阳性表达其强阳性问均存在显著性差异(P<0.05);而bax则否(P>0.05)。研究表明,bcl-2与结肠癌分化有关。bcl-2和bax在结肠癌中的表达呈显著性正相关(r=0.67,P<0.01)。二者与结肠癌Dukes临床分期无直接相关。
The expression of apoptosis-related genes bcl-2 and bax in 39 cases of colon cancer was observed by immunohistochemistry method, and 17 cases of colon adenoma were used as controls. The results showed that the expression rates of bcl-2 (including strong and weak positive) and bax in colon cancer and colon adenoma were 33.33%, 41.03%, 30.77% and 41.18%, 23.53%, 41.18%, colon cancer and colon glands, respectively. There was no significant difference in the expression of bcl-2 and bax in tumors (all P>0.05). The positive expression of bcl-2 in high, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated colon cancers showed significant differences (P<0.05), while bax did not (P>0.05). Studies have shown that bcl-2 is involved in the differentiation of colon cancer. There was a significant positive correlation between bcl-2 and bax expression in colon cancer (r=0.67, P<0.01). Both are not directly related to the clinical stage of colon cancer Dukes.
