目的:频闪喉镜电视录像系统可以观察到其它喉镜不能看到的声带振动图像,通过声带振动模式的改变,诊断早期声带癌。方法:对100例声带粘膜增厚、粗糙不平、白斑或红斑的患者用频闪喉镜电视录像系统进行动态监测,由3名专业人员鉴定为声带振动和粘膜波动均消失者,做病理组织检查。结果:100例患者中检出声带原位癌12例,早期浸润癌11例。结论:声带振动模式可以灵敏地反映声带病变的病理过程,对声带癌的早期诊断具有独特的优势,根据声带振动模式的变化,可早期诊断声带癌。
OBJECTIVE: The laryngoscope television recording system can observe vocal cords images that can not be seen by other laryngoscopes and diagnose early vocal cord cancer through changes in vocal cord vibration patterns. Methods: 100 cases of vocal cord mucosal thickening, rough, white or erythema patients with a flash-ray laryngoscope video recording system for dynamic monitoring by the three professionals identified as vocal cord vibration and mucosal fluctuations were disappeared, do the pathological examination . Results: In 100 cases, 12 cases of vocal cord carcinoma were detected in situ and 11 cases of early invasive carcinoma. CONCLUSION: The vocal cord vibration mode can sensitively reflect the pathological process of vocal cord lesions. It has unique advantages in the early diagnosis of vocal cord cancer. Vocal cord cancer can be diagnosed early according to the change of vocal cord vibration mode.
