以聚乙二醇(PEG)为软模板,采用水热法合成了尖晶石型NiFe2O4纳米晶,考察了PEG分子量对样品的影响,并对样品进行了X射线衍射,振动样品磁强计,扫描电镜,低温氮吸脱附和原子发射光谱表征.结果表明合成的NiFe2O4纳米晶具有尖晶石结构且粒度分布较为均匀.以PEG-400为软模板水热合成的样品粒度小、比表面积较大、饱和磁化强度较高;PEG-1500合成的样品粒度稍大、饱和磁化强度较高.
The spinel NiFe2O4 nanocrystals were synthesized by hydrothermal method with polyethylene glycol (PEG) as soft template. The effects of molecular weight of PEG on the samples were investigated. X - ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometer, Scanning electron microscopy, cryogenic nitrogen adsorption and desorption and atomic emission spectroscopy.The results show that the synthesized NiFe2O4 nanocrystals have a spinel structure and a relatively uniform particle size distribution.With the hydrothermal synthesis of PEG-400 as soft template, the sample has small particle size and large specific surface area , Higher saturation magnetization; PEG-1500 sample size slightly larger, higher saturation magnetization.
