1985年3~6月,我们用五氯酚钠浸泡稻草绳作为缓释剂进行了灭螺试验,报告如下。 材料与方法 实验室试验 取干稻草绳200g,于20%五氯酚钠溶液中浸泡24小时,再置55~60℃烤箱内烤至恒重为止,并称重求出药量。将200g草绳(含药94.5g)分为两组,一组放入5%H_2SO_4浸泡30分钟后晾干备用(去钠组);另一组不用H_2SO_4处理(未去钠组)。将两组分别放入特制的容量为28Kg的容器内,同时引源放水(流量为100ml/min),定时取水样,用751型分光光度计测定含药浓度。
From March to June 1985, we tested the molluscicidal effect by using sodium pentachlorophenol soaked straw as a sustained release agent. The report is as follows.
