研究胸壁 -食管多用电极导管在经胸壁食管心房调搏中的应用。方法 应用胸壁 -食管多用电极导管进行经胸壁食管心房调搏 86例 ,观察食管端插管深度、起搏阈值及不良反应 ,并与 78例普通食管金属环电极导管食管心房调搏检查结果进行对比。结果 胸壁 -食管多用电极导管组起搏阈值为 (12 .2 5± 3.8) V,不良反应发生率为 9.3%。普通食管金属环电极导管组起搏阈值为 (19.73± 3.9) V,不良反应发生率为 76 .9%。两组相比 ,胸壁 -食管多用电极导管组比普通食管金属环电极导管组起搏阈值明显降低 (P<0 .0 1)。不良反应发生率也明显降低 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 胸壁 -食管多用电极导管在经胸壁食管心房调搏中起搏阈值明显降低 ,患者无痛苦 ,而且该导管结构简单易作 ,使用方便
To study the application of thoracic-esophageal multi-purpose catheter in transthoracic esophageal atrial pacing. Methods A total of 86 cases of transthoracic esophageal atrial pacing were performed with chest wall-esophageal multi-purpose lead. Depth of esophageal intubation, pacing threshold and adverse reactions were observed. The results of esophageal atrial pacing examination were compared with 78 cases . Results The thoracic-esophageal multi-purpose catheterization group had a pacing threshold of (12.52 ± 3.8) V and adverse reaction rate of 9.3%. Pacing threshold of general esophageal metal-ring lead group was (19.73 ± 3.9) V, and adverse reaction rate was 76.9%. Compared to the two groups, the thoracic-esophageal multi-purpose lead group had significantly lower pacing threshold than the common esophageal metal-lead group (P <0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions was also significantly lower (P <0.01). Conclusions The thoracic-esophageal multi-use catheter significantly reduces the pacing threshold in transthoracic esophageal atrial pacing. The patient has no pain, and the catheter structure is simple and easy to use, easy to use
