采用WD22—1型动光弹仪,记录了环氧树脂材料中圆型平行束孔和当量大孔的爆炸应力波传播和裂纹扩展的动态过程。定量地对比了两者之间的爆炸应力场,说明它们之间的异同,对圆型束孔和当量大孔的爆破效应进行了研究。指出了圆形束孔优于当量大孔的主要原因。为平行束孔的爆破机理的研究提供了一种新的实验方法。
Using WD22-1 dynamic photoelasticity projectile, the dynamic process of explosion stress wave propagation and crack propagation of circular parallel beam holes and equivalent large holes in epoxy resin was recorded. The explosion stress field between the two is quantitatively compared, and the similarities and differences between them are illustrated. The blasting effects of circular beam holes and equivalent large holes are studied. The main reason that the circular beam hole is superior to the equivalent large hole is pointed out. It provides a new experimental method for the study of blasting mechanism of parallel beam holes.
