目的调查分析家庭志愿者督导下的流动人口肺结核患者遵医行为现况,为今后制定流动人口患者宣教措施提供依据。方法对家庭志愿者督导下已完成疗程的患者的规范用药、定期随访复查、营养膳食、戒除烟酒、不随地吐痰、跨区域前通知医生等遵医行为进行问卷调查。结果患者全程规范用药、定期随访复查平均完全遵医行为率分别达到94.74%和91.23%,且农民工和学生遵医行为率均在94.44%以上,不同文化程度患者差别不大;戒除烟酒和增加膳食营养平均完全遵医行为率在64.04%~81.03%之间;不随地吐痰的平均完全遵医行为率33.33%,不同文化程度患者之间遵医行为率高低相差22%,且学生患者较其他职业者高50%以上。结论患者在规范用药、定期随访复查方面的遵医行为较好,学生和农民工尤为突出,但患者不随地吐痰遵医行为较差,患者在戒除烟酒、增加营养和不随地吐痰的遵医行为率与职业和文化程度有关。
Objective To investigate and analyze the status of compliance behavior of pulmonary TB patients under the supervision of family volunteers and to provide the basis for the future development of mission measures for floating population patients. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the standardized medication of patients who completed the course of treatment under the supervision of family volunteers, regular follow-up visits, nutritional meals, alcohol and tobacco abstinence, spitting without prior warning, and pre-transcontinental doctors. Results The patients were prescribed medication regularly and were followed up regularly for an average of 94.74% and 91.23%, respectively. The rates of compliance among migrant workers and students were all above 94.44%, with little difference between patients with different education levels. The average compliance rate of dietary nutrition increased from 64.04% to 81.03%. The average compliance rate of non-spitting was 33.33%, and the difference of compliance rates among patients with different educational level was 22% More than 50% more than other professionals. Conclusions Patients are better behaved in compliance with regular medication and regular follow-up and follow-up. Students and migrant workers are particularly prominent.
