目的 观察原发性肝癌切除术中经肝动脉、门静脉插管,术后化疗对癌复发预防的疗效。方法 对42例原发性肝癌切除术后随机分成2组,其中一组术中行肝动脉和门静脉插管后皮下植泵化疗,与对照组相比观察术后复发情况。结果 术后行区域化疗组2年内复发率明显低于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论 原发性肝癌切除术后采用区域化疗是防止复发的较为可靠方法。
Objective To observe the effect of hepatic artery and portal vein catheterization and postoperative chemotherapy on the prevention of cancer recurrence in primary hepatocellular carcinoma resection. Methods Forty-two patients with primary liver cancer were randomly divided into two groups. One group underwent hepatic artery and portal vein intubation and subcutaneous pump after chemotherapy. Compared with the control group, the recurrence was observed. Results The recurrence rate in the regional chemotherapy group after 2 years was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of regional chemotherapy after resection of primary liver cancer is a more reliable method to prevent recurrence.
