“为高一级学校培养和输送人才”一直被当作我国基础教育学校的培养目标,这种认识误解了基础教育学校的性质,混淆了基础教育和基础后教育的区别。“人才输送论”培养目标实践上的错位、理论上的矛盾给基础教育学校的发展带来了许多问题。同时,“人才输送论”也经不起道德的拷问,它缺失了教育的生命关怀,“人才输送论”培养目标指导下的基础教育学校没有承担起对社会发展和学生成长应该承担的责任,因而背离了教育的“育人”本义。
“Training and delivering talents for higher-level schools” has long been regarded as the training goal of China’s basic education schools. This understanding misunderstood the nature of basic education schools and confused the differences between basic education and post-education. “Talent Delivery Theory ” training objectives in practice misplaced, the theoretical contradictions to the development of basic education schools has brought many problems. At the same time, “Talent Delivery Theory ” can not withstand moral torture, it lacks the life care of education, “Talent Delivery Theory ” under the guidance of basic education schools did not assume the social development and student growth should Bear the responsibility, and thus deviate from the education “educate people ” original meaning.
