目的探讨继发性血小板增多症与恶性肿瘤在临床上的鉴别。方法报告4例恶性肿瘤并发血小板增多,其中恶性淋巴瘤2例,骨髓转移癌1例,贲门癌1例,血小板467￣592×109/L。结果未经特殊治疗2例短期内死亡。因病例少需进一步探讨。结论该病骨髓中巨核细胞增多、血小板形态正常。临床上无出血及血栓等症状,但预后差。
Objective To investigate the clinical differential diagnosis of secondary thrombocythemia and malignant tumor. Methods Four cases of malignant tumor complicated with thrombocytopenia were reported, including 2 cases of malignant lymphoma, 1 case of bone marrow metastasis, 1 case of cardia carcinoma and 467-592 × 109 platelets per platelet. The results of two cases without special treatment of death in the short term. Due to less need to further explore the case. Conclusion The disease in the bone marrow megakaryocytes increased, normal platelet morphology. No clinical bleeding and thrombosis and other symptoms, but the prognosis is poor.
