帮扶中心：根据省委办公厅、省政府办公厅《关于建立职工维权工作协调机制的意见》,全省县以上地方工会对困难职工帮扶中心、职工法律维权中心、农民工维权服务中心实施了“三位一体”整合,使之成为了推进维权社会化的重要平台。六个一批：即建立一批再就业基地、兴办一批解困贸易市场、发展一批职业培训和职业介绍机构、壮大一批送温暖基金、发展一批职工互助互济事业、帮助一批困难企业和困难职工。五大帮扶行动：即定向培训、寻岗推介、基地开发、自主创业、困难群体帮扶。
