高校网络办公系统的普遍应用,促进了高校信息资源共享,开辟了反腐倡廉工作的新领域。课题组通过三年多的实践和改进,充分利用现代网络技术,自主研发并建立了以体系管理为依托、以党校平台为先导、以院务公开为基础、以有效监督为手段、以权力制衡为保障的廉政建设网络体系,为推进反腐倡廉建设科学化进行了有益的探索。
The universal application of network office system in colleges and universities has promoted the sharing of information resources in colleges and universities and opened up new areas for combating corruption and building a clean government. After more than three years of practice and improvement, the research group made full use of modern network technology, independently developed and established a system based on system management, the platform of the school as the guide, the openness of the hospital as the basis, effective supervision as a means of balance of power In order to guarantee the building of an honest and clean government network system, we have made useful explorations in promoting the building of a scientific anti-corruption campaign.
