组织现代化是企业为了适应内外部环境的变化,不断革新组织结构的过程,也是企业不断将创新成果、组织创新理论应用于实践、接受实践检验的过程。我国企业在实施组织现代化过程中,除按相关程序开展具体工作外,还应该注意五个方面的问题:加强组织领导;强化人才培训与开发;结合企业实际,循序渐进,配套进行;均衡协调好利益分配;将经过实践检验的组织现代化成果及时纳入企业制度规范。
