我区白血病的发病率居恶性肿瘤的第八位。本文对1963～1974年(简称前组)754例与1975～1981年(简称后组)832例的发病情况及各类型的变化进行比较。广西各地的白血病病例多数系来我院就诊,且各基层单位的多数骨髓片亦送我院检查,故这些资料对广西来说是具有一定的代表性。
The incidence of leukemia in my area ranks eighth in malignant tumors. This article compares the incidence and changes of various types between 754 cases from 1963 to 1974 (referred to as the former group) and 832 cases from 1975 to 1981 (referred to as the latter group). Most of the leukemia cases in Guangxi Province came to our hospital for treatment, and most of the bone marrow tablets of the grassroots units were also sent to our hospital for examination. Therefore, these data are representative of Guangxi.
