在组织管理中,不同层次的管理人员有不同的管理者,这是每个人都知道的常识问题。如果一个管理人员不能清楚自己的管理职责,在工作中势必造成角色错位和工作低效,这对于个人的发展和组织目标的实现都是不利的,因此明晰自己的管理职责对于管理者进行管理工作具有极其重要的意义。管理分为不同的层次,一般意义上讲一个组织中管理分为高层管理、中层管理和基层管理或一线管理。不同层次的管理者具有不同的管理职责,具体有以下职责分配:高层管理者职责:制定和评价组织长远计划与战略。评价不同部门的总体运作业绩,协调不同部门之间的关系,保证合作。重要人员的选择和考核。就全局的项目或问题与下级管理人员磋商。
In organizational management, managers at different levels have different managers. This is common knowledge that everyone knows.
