以钛酸丁酯用量、涂层数、煅烧温度和时间为影响因素,设计L9(3)4正交试验,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2薄膜,以暂态电流积分电量作为评价指标,考察了这4个因素对纳米TiO2薄膜的光电催化性能的影响,从而得出了最佳的制备工艺:钛酸丁酯用量10mL、煅烧温度550℃、煅烧时间3h、涂层数2层。并对最佳制备工艺下制得的TiO2薄膜进行微观结构表征。
Nano-TiO2 thin films were prepared by sol-gel method using L9 (3) 4 as the orthogonal test under the influence of the amount of butyl titanate, the number of coatings, the calcination temperature and the time. The transient electric current was used as the evaluation index , The effects of these four factors on the photoelectrocatalytic performance of the nano-TiO2 film were investigated. The optimum preparation conditions were as follows: the dosage of butyl titanate was 10mL, the calcination temperature was 550 ℃, the calcination time was 3h and the number of coatings was 2. The microstructure of TiO2 films prepared under the best preparation conditions was characterized.
