本文簡要地論述了切削速度、走刀量、車刀寬度与刃形各个部分耐用度的影响的研究結果。提出了用任意形状的成形車刀加工工件时,切削速度的計算方法和計算公式。
This paper briefly discusses the research results on the effects of cutting speed, tool radius, lathe width and durability of each part of the blade. The calculation method and calculation formula of cutting speed when machining a workpiece with an arbitrary shaped forming turning tool are proposed.
