班主任作为班级管理的实施者,学生健康成长的引导者,既是师生之间的纽带,同时也是家校沟通的桥梁。如何在班级管理中用和谐的理念开展工作,调理好师生关系、生生关系和家校关系,进而构建和谐班级,是每一个班主任面对的问题及追求的目标。班主任工作涉及学生的方方面面,无论如何努力,只有更好,没有最好,总让人有种“花没全开月未圆”的感觉。现结合自己班主任工作的实践,仅就“理顺三个关系,构建和谐班级”谈一些肤浅的看法,以求抛砖引
