The process of translation is a very complex process. It involves a wide range of complex factors such as language, psychology, cognition and culture. Different perspectives lead to different conclusions. Earlier studies mainly focused on the principles and meanings of verbal communication, focusing on cross-cultural research applied to translation. With the development of cognitive science in recent years, more and more linguists have studied cognitive law, sociology, anthropology and Psychology and other disciplines to introduce cross-translation studies, but mainly focus on the translation of the study, the nature of the translation process, and effectively reduce the translation errors rarely involved. Based on the theory of ideal cognitive model, this paper introduces the theory of maximum effect in economics into the process of research, analyzes the fuzzy nature of language and the factors that restrict the translation behavior, and constructs the cognitive translation model based on the effect decision model.
