本文收集表现为卵圆形肿块的结核28例。结果显示1.结核肿块长轴走行与胸膜一致,2.结核肿块游离于肺野内,与胸膜之间有一定间隙,宽者为2～3cm,窄者则仅见一细透亮隙。本文详细讨论了上述症象的形成机制。
This collection of tuberculous tumors showed oval mass in 28 cases. The results showed that 1. The long axis of tuberculous mass consistent with the pleura, 2. Tuberculosis mass free in the lung field, there is a certain gap between the pleura, the width of 2 ~ 3cm, narrow those who see a thin translucent gap. This article discusses in detail the formation of the above symptoms.
