目的 :检测不同牙合力状态下 ,大鼠牙周膜成纤维细胞和牙槽骨成骨细胞中IL - 6mRNA的动态表达 ,探讨IL - 6在牙周组织改建过程中的分子机制。方法 :选用Wistar大鼠建立正常牙合力、牙合力增强的动物模型 ,采用原位杂交的方法 ,观察成纤维细胞和成骨细胞中IL - 6mRNA表达的动态变化。结果 :牙合力增强诱导成纤维细胞和成骨细胞中IL - 6mRNA表达较正常牙合力时明显增强。结论 :牙合力增强 ,促使牙周组织中的成纤维细胞和成骨细胞产生IL - 6mRNA明显增多 ,且出现一定的规律性变化 ,提示IL - 6在牙合力影响牙周组织改建的过程中起着重要的调节作用。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the dynamic expression of IL - 6 mRNA in periodontal ligament fibroblasts and alveolar osteoblasts under different occlusal forces, and to explore the molecular mechanism of IL - 6 in periodontal remodeling. Methods: Wistar rats were used to establish an animal model of normal occlusal force and occlusal force. The in situ hybridization was used to observe the dynamic changes of IL - 6 mRNA expression in fibroblasts and osteoblasts. Results: The expression of IL - 6 mRNA in fibroblasts and osteoblasts was significantly increased when compared with normal occlusal force. CONCLUSION: The enhancement of occlusal force promotes the generation of IL - 6 mRNA in periodontal tissues and the regular increase of IL - 6 mRNA, suggesting that IL - 6 plays an important role in the process of periodontal remodeling An important regulatory role.
