本文以转轨期中国企业组织发育和企业成长为背景,提出了组织发育鲜桃模型,即鲜桃内核为企业主、鲜桃外形为适应性,以及鲜桃发育要经历4个阶段的理论,从而对如何掌控创业型企业进行了分析和思考。
