Micronuclei have been studied as indicators of chromosomal fragmentation in different tissues and organs of lymphocytes and rodents around the human body and in different tissues and organs of Vicia faba. Research on human lymphocytes is important. The use of these cells as a quantitative measure of radiation-induced chromosomal aberrations also serves as a test for human exposure to chemicals. Micronuclei are formed by fragments of achromosome-free chromosomes or loosened chromosomes. In addition to the main nucleus, a small, clear nucleus can easily be seen in the cytoplasm of the intercellular space. These micronuclei
