新课程改革的浪潮,不断冲击着教师已有的观念,以学生为主体强调“自主、合作、探究”的理念,不断改变着学生的学习方式,改变着学生在学习中的作用;教师则是学习的“组织者”“引导者”。如何管理我们的历史教学,用陈旧的理念肯定是不行的,要迁移班级管理的理念,“要建设一个坚强的班集体,实现班集体的共同目标,必须有一批团结在班主任周围的班级学生干部和积极分子,以形成班级领导核心。”那么要建立班级良好的历史学习氛围,必须要有一个能干的学习核心人物——历史课代表。
