目的探讨吞咽功能训练配合非营养吮吸在改善早产儿经口喂养状态中的应用效果。方法选取永丰县人民医院2015年7月—2016年7月收治的早产儿78例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组患儿给予常规护理和鼻胃管喂养,观察组在对照组的基础上加行吞咽功能训练配合非营养性吮吸。比较两组患儿鼻胃管营养时间、禁食时间、过渡时间、完全经口喂养胎龄、住院时间,并比较两组患儿喂养状态。结果观察组患儿鼻胃管营养时间、禁食时间、过渡时间及住院时间短于对照组,完全经口喂养胎龄小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿喂养状态优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论吞咽功能训练配合非营养吮吸在早产儿护理中的应用效果佳,可帮助早产儿形成吞咽吮吸反射,减少经口喂养时间,提高经口喂养状态。
Objective To explore the effect of swallowing functional training combined with non-nutritive sucking on improving the oral feeding status of premature infants. Methods 78 cases of preterm infants admitted to Yongfeng People’s Hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group of children given regular care and nasogastric tube feeding, the observation group in the control group based on the swallowing functional training with non-nutritive sucking. The nasogastric tube nutrition time, fasting time, transitional time, complete gestational age and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups, and the feeding status of the two groups was compared. Results The nasogastric tube nutrition time, fasting time, transitional time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the gestational age was completely less than that in the control group (P <0.05). The observation group was better than the control group feeding status (P <0.05). Conclusions Swallowing functional training combined with non-nutritive sucking has good effect on the nursing of premature infants, which can help premature children to form swallowing sucking reflex, reduce oral feeding time and improve oral feeding status.
