陕甘宁边区第一保育院是在特定历史条件下,为了特定的目的而兴办的保育战时儿童的民间组织。文章就陕甘宁边区第一保育院的由来、教育理念、经费情况;边区政府采取的保育措施;以及产生的作用做一简单的论述。
The first nursery of the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region is a non-governmental organization for the protection of wartime children established under specific historical conditions for a specific purpose. The article makes a brief exposition on the origin of the first nursery school, the educational conception and the fund of the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia border area; the conservation measures adopted by the border area government; and its function.
