本文对引进黑杨派黑杨树基因库内无性系主要病虫发生情况进行了调查研究,结果表明:在杨扇舟蛾、杨树水泡溃疡病和破腹病等3种发生病虫中,以破腹病危害最为严重;综合发病情况以欧美杨较美洲黑杨为重;就破腹病而言,其抗病力美洲黑杨无性系较多地受遗控制,欧美杨则受环境影响较大,美洲黑杨的抗病能力与无性系的抗寒性有显著的正相关关系,通过聚类分析可分别把美洲黑杨、欧美杨无性系分为高感、中感、中抗和高抗等4类。文中还对破腹病的发病原因进行了分析讨论。
