国有资本人格化问题，是我国在建立社会主义市场经济体制过程中，在实现公有制与市场经济相结合过程中，遇到的重大理论问题和现实问题。中共河南省委常委、河南省委宣传部长、经济学博士林炎志所著的《国有资本人格化》一书，系统而深入地研究和探讨了这一问题。该书自1999年8月出版发行后，在学术理论界引起强烈反响。本刊特发表几位专家学者对该书的评论，以飨读者，并希望引起更多人关注国有资本人格化问题的研究和探讨。文中小标题为编者所加。
The issue of personalization of state-owned capital is a major theoretical issue and a practical issue encountered by our country in the process of establishing a socialist market economic system and in the process of combining public ownership with market economy. The book “Personality of State-owned Capital” by Lin Yanzhi, a member of the CPC Henan Provincial Committee and Henan Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department, and a doctor of economics, systematically and thoroughly explored this issue. Since the publication of the book in August 1999, it has aroused strong repercussions in academic circles. This journal publishes the comments of several experts and scholars on this book to readers, and hopes to attract more people to pay attention to the research and discussion on the issue of personalization of state-owned capital.
