通过分析民国时期著名中学教育家型校长的课程领导实践,可以发现教育家型校长的课程领导力有两方面特征:一是对课程具有非凡的洞察力,二是具备高超的人际领导技巧。这为当代校长办学提供了有益的启示:丰富的课程识见是校长办学的基础;高超的人际技巧是课程领导的关键;尊重专业自主权是课程领导的法宝;培养教师领导者是课程领导成功的标识。
By analyzing the leading practice of the famous school-based principals in the Republic of China, we can find that there are two characteristics of the curriculum leadership of educator-based principals: one is the extraordinary insight into the curriculum; the other is the superb interpersonal leadership skills. This provides a useful enlightenment for the contemporary principals to run schools. The enrichment of curriculum awareness is the basis of principals’ running a school. Superb interpersonal skills are the key to curriculum leadership. Respect for professional autonomy is a magic weapon for curriculum leadership.
