摘要目的:探讨饮食核酸对SPF级家鸡血尿酸水平的影响。方法:选30日龄SPF级家鸡按血尿酸水平随机分成急性、亚急性和亚慢性研究3组,各组再按血尿酸水平随机分成5个亚组,在常规饲料基础上,分别饲以添加不同剂量酵母RNA的饮食。动态监测血尿酸水平;分期脱颈椎处死实验动物,测定胸腺、法氏囊和肝脏、脾脏的脏器指数,并进行病理学观察。结果:各添加酵母RNA实验组动物的体质量、脏器指数和病理组织学观察与0剂量添加组相比均无统计学差异(P>0.05);饮食中添加酵母RNA引起SPF家鸡血尿酸水平升高至0.41mmol/L的急性作用阈剂量和亚急性作用阈剂量为6.0g/(kg·d),相当于成人日推荐补充量的180倍;其亚慢性作用阈剂量为8.0g/(kg·d),相当于成人日推荐补充量的240倍。结论:饮食核酸可影响血尿酸水平;成人日补充量2g/d是安全的,不会引起血尿酸水平的异常持续性升高而产生高尿酸血症和痛风。
Abstract Objective: To investigate the effects of dietary nucleic acids on serum uric acid level in SPF-class chickens. Methods: 30-day-old SPF chickens were randomly divided into 3 groups: acute, subacute and subchronic according to the level of serum uric acid. Each group was randomly divided into 5 subgroups according to the level of serum uric acid. Add different doses of yeast RNA diet. The level of serum uric acid was monitored dynamically. The experimental animals were sacrificed by staging cervical spine. The organ index of thymus, bursa, liver and spleen was determined and pathological observation was performed. Results: The body weight, organ index and histopathological observation of the animals fed with yeast RNA showed no significant difference (P> 0.05) compared with the control group (P> 0.05). Adding dietary yeast RNA caused the serum uric acid Acute threshold dose and subacute action threshold level of 6.0g / (kg · d), which is level up to 0.41mmol / L, is equivalent to 180 times of the recommended daily adult dose; the subthreshold threshold dose is 8.0g / (kg · d), equivalent to 240 times the recommended daily adult supplement. Conclusion: Dietary nucleic acid can affect serum uric acid level. Adult daily supplementation of 2g / d is safe and will not cause hyperuricemia and gout due to the persistently elevated serum uric acid level.
