儿童文学是学前教育专业学生的专业基础学科,在素质教育的背景下教育部大量提倡个性阅读,而教师在此教学中充当着关键的角色。本文针对现有的阅读教学模式中学生个性化阅读缺失的现象,站在教师的角度,就教师应该怎样加强自我素质修养以及如何开展儿童个性化阅读教学问题提出几点建议。
Children’s literature is a basic subject of pre-primary education. Under the background of quality education, the Ministry of Education promotes a large number of individual readings, and teachers play a key role in this teaching. In this paper, aiming at the phenomenon of lack of individualized reading in the current reading teaching mode, from the teachers’ point of view, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how teachers should strengthen their self-cultivation and how to carry out personalized reading teaching for children.
