我院于1995～1996两年间，共遇到3例VSD合并PDA的婴幼儿患者。该3例患者均因合并反复发作的严重的肺部感染而多次在儿科住院治疗，虽经反复积极的治疗，病情却难以控制。我们采取分期手术治疗的方法，先行结扎PDA减轻肺循环压力，减少肺部瘀血，使病情得到控制，为进一步根治创 Our hospital from 1995 to 1996 two years, met a total of three cases of VSD PDA with infant patients. All three patients were hospitalized in pediatrics for repeated recurrent severe pulmonary infections. Although they were repeatedly treated actively, the condition was hard to control. We take the staging method of surgery, first ligation PDA to reduce pulmonary pressure, reduce blood stasis in the lungs, so that the disease is under control, in order to further radical
