上海化工研究院研制的SLH-511铬系催化剂,适用于Innovene G气相超冷凝聚乙烯工艺。为确保工业化应用试验顺利实施,对批量生产的SLH-511催化剂组成、聚合活性、动力学表现进行了实验室环境下的验证,各指标符合生产装置使用要求。SLH-511催化剂在赛科气相超冷凝聚乙烯装置工业化试验期间,在冷凝深度17%的高负荷条件下,催化剂聚合活性达到5 500gPE/gcat,高于进口产品40%;装置运行平稳,生产的小中空树脂(HD5502)产品达到优级品标准;实现小中空树脂生产用催化剂的国产化。
SLH-511 chromium catalyst developed by Shanghai Chemical Industry Research Institute is suitable for Innovene G gas-phase supercooled polyethylene process. In order to ensure the successful implementation of industrial application test, the batch production of SLH-511 catalyst composition, polymerization activity, kinetic performance of the laboratory environment validation, the indicators meet the requirements of the production plant. SLH-511 catalyst in the Syco Vapor Phase Polycondensation Polyethylene plant industrialization test, the condensing depth of 17% under high load conditions, the polymerization activity of the catalyst reached 5 500gPE / gcat, 40% higher than the imported products; the device runs smoothly, the production of Small hollow resin (HD5502) products meet the excellent quality standards; to achieve a small hollow resin catalyst for the localization.
