职业教育要发展,教学质量是关键,教学管理则是保障。但是,在我国目前的职业教育中,教学管理尚属薄弱环节。为此,论文紧紧围绕“激发、调动学生学习积极性是提高教学质量最有效途径”的观点,借鉴现代企业的先进管理经验,引进“激励管理”概念,分不同教学阶段,论述了“激励管理”对激发学生学习积极性所起到的重要作用,从而得出“激励管理”能为教学质量提高“添翼”的结论。
Vocational education should develop, teaching quality is the key, teaching management is the guarantee. However, in our country’s current vocational education, teaching management is still a weak link. Therefore, the dissertation focuses on the viewpoint of “motivating and mobilizing students’ motivation to learn is the most effective way to improve the quality of teaching”, draws on the advanced management experience of modern enterprises, introduces the concept of “incentive management”, points out different teaching stages, “Incentive Management ” plays an important role in stimulating students’ learning enthusiasm, and concludes that “Incentive Management ” can improve “teaching ” for teaching quality.
