本文以新的视角探讨高职教育的特征及相应的高职毕业生就业对策。在人才辈出的当今社会,高职毕业生在就业工作上面临越来越大的挑战,怎样对高职教育一个合理的定位,如何更好地做好毕业生的就业工作,一直是一个讨论的焦点。要从根本上解决高职学生就业难问题,就要明确高等职业教育的特点并确立相应的就业对策,这样才能促使高职毕业生学有所用,走出就业困境,驶入良性发展的轨道。
This article probes into the characteristics of higher vocational education and corresponding employment countermeasures of higher vocational college from a new perspective. In today’s talented people, higher vocational graduates are facing more and more challenges in employment. How to make a reasonable orientation to higher vocational education and how to do a better job of graduates’ employment has always been a topic of discussion focus. To fundamentally solve the problem of employment difficulties of higher vocational students, we must make clear the characteristics of higher vocational education and establish appropriate employment measures, so as to promote the employment of higher vocational graduates learn, out of employment predicament, into the track of healthy development.
