目前我国高校人才培养模式存在一定的问题,国家公布的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》为高校人才培养模式创新指明了方向.在就业视域下,高校人才培养模式的创新要以“纲要”为指引,要以职业生涯规划为基础,以就业为导向,以市场为需求,以能力为核心.","Analyzing the current talent training model from the employment perspective, we can find some problems. The program, National Education Reform and Development Program for Medium and Long Term (2010-2020), points to clear direction for the innovation of college talent training model. Based on the View of Employment, the innovation of college talent training model should find a guide. The National Education Reform and Development Program for Medium and Long Term (2010-2020) must be the guide. The measure of the innovation of college talent training model is:taking the career planning as the foundation, taking the employment as the guidance, taking the market demand as the aim, taking the college student ability as the core.
