神经退行性疾病(neurodegenerative disease,ND)是大脑和脊髓的细胞神经元丧失的疾病状态,严重威胁着人类健康,其发病机制尚不完全清楚,也缺乏有效的治疗方法。目前研究表明星形胶质细胞反应在ND的发生发展中起重要作用,已成为这类疾病的病理标志。随着研究的深入,星形胶质细胞在这类疾病中的地位和作用也受到了越来越多的关注。 Neurodegenerative disease (ND) is a disease state in which the neurons of the brain and spinal cord are lost, which is a serious threat to human health. The pathogenesis of ND is still not fully understood and there is no effective treatment. The current research shows that astrocyte reaction plays an important role in the occurrence and development of ND and has become a pathological sign of such diseases. With the deepening of research, more attention has been paid to the status and function of astrocytes in these diseases.
