现代有机官能团分析可以定义为:通过有机官能团的特征物理性质或化学反应来进行有机样品成份分析或结构分析。从微量分析的范畴来看,引人注目的进展是关于有机官能团特征反应与现代仪器分析相结合的分析方法。气相色谱法及选择性离子电极法与官能团反应相结合用于有机微量分析,近年来已有多种专著出版,可见研究的热烈。原子吸收分光光度法与官能团反应相结合的研究起步略晚一些,也有它独到之处。这些方法既利用了分析仪器的高灵敏度和自动化的优点,又利作了官能团的特征反应,因而提高了仪器分析的选择性,并扩大了仪器分析的应用范
Modern organic functional group analysis can be defined as: Component analysis or structural analysis of organic samples by the characteristic physical properties or chemical reactions of organic functional groups. Judging from the scope of microanalysis, remarkable progress has been made in the analysis of the combination of the characteristic reaction of organic functional groups with modern instrumental analysis. Gas chromatography and selective ion-electrode method combined with functional group reaction for organic microanalysis has been published in a number of monographs in recent years, showing the enthusiastic research. The combination of atomic absorption spectrophotometry and functional group reaction started somewhat later, but also has its unique features. These methods not only take advantage of the high sensitivity and automation of analytical instruments, but also facilitate the characteristic reactions of functional groups, thereby increasing the selectivity of instrumental analysis and expanding the scope of application of instrumental analysis
